Visitor Registration
Customers can easily register visits to the data center. They select date and time, define a responsible contact person, and invite any number of employees, registered service providers, or external guests. The intuitive multi-step wizard guides through the entire process.
Granular Access Control
Customers can select from their inventory of rooms and racks which areas visitors should have access to, allowing granular access control. The hierarchical view from building through floor to individual rack enables precise permissions.
Additional Services
Additional services can be selected for each visit, which the data center operator can define individually. It is also possible to offer these services for a fee. Since these are offered with every visit registration, upselling is also possible.
Approval Workflow
The data center operator receives the visit request and can accept, reject, or use the comment function to dialogue with the customer if there are questions. The authorized areas and requested services are clearly visible and color-highlighted.
Comment & Dialogue
The integrated comment function enables direct exchange between customer and data center operator. Questions about delivery times, special requirements, or clarifications can be discussed directly in the visit request. Both parties are notified by email.
Auto-Approval
It is possible to automatically approve requests from certain customers (e.g., with dedicated space) to speed up the process. Rule-based auto-approvals reduce administrative overhead while maintaining full control and transparency.
Email Notifications & Calendar
The customer is informed by email about all steps. Once a visit is accepted, each visitor receives an iCAL file to note the visit in their calendar. Integration with Outlook, Google Calendar, and other calendar systems works seamlessly.
QR Code Access
Generate QR codes for approved visits that can be scanned at entry points. Streamline check-in processes and maintain security while providing a modern, contactless experience for visitors.
