Build your inventory yourself
Administrators can now grow the data center inventory directly in the portal. Previously, new entries required a request to us.
Create sites
Create sites with name, physical address and time zone. New sites are immediately available everywhere sites are used: delivery locations, visitor areas and access authorizations.
Create locations
Create rooms, floors and cages, nestable as needed, under any site or existing location, straight from the inventory tree.
Create racks
Create racks, including rack height in U and unit-numbering direction. Both can now also be edited on existing racks.
A smoother delivery workflow
Based on the first months of real-world use, the shipping module got a thorough polish.
Better contact selection
Search contact persons by name and see at a glance whether a phone number is on file. System accounts can no longer be picked by mistake.
Less required typing
The sender address is now optional, and authorized pickup persons no longer need a phone number on file. Guests can be authorized too.
Email confirmations
The requester and the contact person are notified when a delivery is announced and when it is cancelled.
Clearer dashboard
The delivery dashboard opens pre-filtered to announced deliveries, and the former "arrived" status is now called "in progress".
Partial hand-out
Individual parcels of a delivery can be handed out independently.
Editable couriers
Administrators can now edit couriers themselves.
